Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
1) Any misuse may result in termination of service and/or legal proceedings.
2) All payments related to our services must be cleared within 30 days to avoid the services being terminated.
3) Payment reminders will be sent via e-mail and/or by our dedicated contact person before terminating the services.
4) All the invoices, paid or unpaid can be used for legal purposes.
5) We are open to file a formal recovery/legal case if any payments are not cleared even after the max 45 days deadline under Section 43B(h) of the Income Tax Act.
6) The MSME 45-day payment rule (Section 43B(h) of the Income Tax Act) mandates that businesses must pay registered micro and small enterprise (MSME) vendors within 45 days. Delayed amounts accrue compound interest at three times the RBI bank rate.
7) We are an UDYAM-registered MSME under The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India.
